Machineries

Our machineries

In the last few years we have invested in modern machineries and new technologies to reach a better organizing and operational ability. Nowadays we can rely on about twenty machine tools both manual, to guarantee even mechanical processings expensive or difficult on automatic machines, and CN machines for complex or repetitive machinings.

DRILLING AND MILLING DEPARTMENT

Our drilling and milling department is equipped with modern machining centres capable of processing discs up to Ø 2700 mm and components up to 3700 mm in length, ensuring precision, reliability and repeatability throughout the process.

Depending on the geometry of the component and the possibility of carrying out machining operations in multiple set-ups, we are also able to handle larger parts.

TURNING DEPARTMENT

Our turning department is equipped with traditional parallel lathes and vertical lathes, both CNC and conventional, enabling us to machine a wide range of components with a high degree of operational flexibility.

The parallel lathes allow the machining of parts up to 8000 mm in length, with maximum diameters up to 1320 mm.

The vertical lathes, mainly used for roughing and semi-finishing operations, are suitable for machining large components up to 2630 mm in diameter1700 mm in height.
